Scope
- Press - complete and proper, installed and included
- Press control cabinets installed and included
- Billet heater - installed and included, but not complete
- Die heater - installed and included
- Handling system = dismantled and NOT INCLUDED
- Many spares (see below)

- Diameter: 7" / 178mm (container is 186mm)
- Length: 31.5" / 800 mm

- Shut down in 2013 in good running condition, no major issues, NO CRACKS
- The press itself is complete
- Hot shear - designed for 700 mm log length

Billet Heater
- Granco
- Fuel = propane
- Capacity: 2700 kg/hr (based on 7” diameter billets heated to 500ºC)
- Electrical control cabinet NOT INCLUDED
- Log charge table NOT INCLUDED
- Not complete: some small oven components are missing (like thermal sensors, gas burners, gas valves and membranes)(these were used in other extrusion lines at this plant)

Die Heater
- Mecatherm
- Electrical heating
- Capacity - 10 dies

Spares - included
- Extensive number of spare parts
- Main highlights = 2 containers, 1 container housing, 1 container stem, 2 container liners, 21 shear blades, 3 seal holders, 1 Brueninghaus pump, 1 gland neck bushing for main cylinder, 1 main pump, 1 main motor, etc.

Electrics / Controls / Hydraulics
- Installed and complete
- But, have not been started since 2013 - recommend refurbish or replace

Pumps / Motors
- Installed but recommend a review. Refurbishment probably needed.
